Partnership

Permitting the holder (2-4 persons) to own a greyhound for racing and or breeding purposes.

Members of a partnership shall appoint one of the members as the delegated person and Racing Queensland shall treat and deal with the delegated person as if the person was the sole owner.

Members of a partnership may also appoint the delegated person as an agent for the purposes of exercising any power, making any decision or taking any action on behalf of the Partnership or its members. Careful consideration should be given before answering question 6 on the application form.

Please note that an interstate resident must be licenced with the controlling body in that state or territory as an Owner to form part of a Partnership.
